Some days, I’m all for taking my time and making things like Monterey Jack Soft Pretzels completely from scratch.
Other days, I want a good meal at home that I know can made in 15 minutes and not leave a ton of dirty dishes.
Enter: the panini grill. I’m pretty sure it’s scientifically proven that warming ingredients and adding grill marks can make even a simple sandwich feel like a special meal.
Plus, when you add things like artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes and goat cheese, it feels all grown-up and gourmet. And no one even thinks it only took about 10 minutes to prepare.
So next time you’re looking for another enticing combo to place between two slices of warm bread, look no further.

In addition to simple meals, I also love simple snacks. I was generously sent this package from Skinny Pop Popcorn STUFFED with popcorn to try!
This popcorn is all-natural, cholesterol free, gluten-free and only 39 calories per cup!
My husband and I have been LOVING having these around for a snack throughout the day! We have been grabbing it by the handful, enjoying small bowls while we watch a movie, and using it as a healthier alternative to other available snacks. It tastes fresh and light, and each bag is actually FILLED with popcorn (compared to many other snacks that come in big bags but are pathetically filled)!
