I love the way YOU, my fabulous readers, challenge me to go outside of my comfort zone and think outside of the box! That’s why I need you for this next Reader’s Challenge! I used to have one foot outside my comfort zone and one foot in when it came to baking breads. However, after trying so many different recipes and creating so many different loaves, both feet have started resting their feet up on table inside the box. I have my favorite whole wheat flax pizza crust that has it’s one draft-free place in our apartment dedicating to resting and rising…
These pretzel bites and rolls have made more appearances in our kitchen than are probably healthy…
And this Olive and Sun-dried Tomato Whole Wheat Bread has already made it into the mouths and stomachs of friends, dunked into bowls of soup and eaten on it’s own, with every bite showing it’s proud blend of flavors…
So now it’s time for YOU to tell me which bread-based food to try next (I’m 50% Serbian and 50% Italian; the day is not complete without carbs). It could be a sweet loaf of bread, a muffin you can’t start your morning without or the scone you drool over every time you walk into your local bakery.
